I did Nats last Glo up course on line and looked forward to every week , where we learned to cleanse in a totally holistic way , give your self the most amazing facial massage , learned about lymphatic drainage , the art of facial cupping which I still do today on a regular basis, buccal massage . Nat, everything you do is truly wonderful. This course not only provides information, knowledge, practical skin routines and holistic skin care, it is 4 sessions of self care with a guided meditation and facial,a front row seat to watching a skin goddess at work, learning how to care for our skin internally and topically and having Nat right there at our fingertips to ask all the questions. Thank you Nat for creating something that taught me more about skin care, but also provided a ritual I so needed.
